At Spark by the Sea, I take great pride in crafting unique, high-quality handmade jewelry. Because each piece is made with care and attention to detail, all sales are final.

However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sparkbythesea@gmail.com with photos of the issue. I will gladly work with you to find a resolution, such as a repair or replacement.

Exceptions:

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days for assistance.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
